Job description : Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications Evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas Determine which artistic elements to use; articulate the vision to their team; review and approve copy, designs, or photography Lead, manage, mentor and delegate responsibilities to the video editors, motion graphics designers and other designers to provide directions Create performance metrics for the team members and evaluate and measure their performance on a regular basis Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines Present completed ideas to clients/team members Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions To improve and align the art and creative design team processes Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters. Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients requirements Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future Qualification and Skills : Bachelors or Masters degree in art, graphic design, marketing, and other relevant fields 10+ years of hands-on experience in creative process, motion graphics, graphic design, and brand development Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or other visual design and wire framing tools Exceptionally strong writing and verbal skills with keen attention to detail Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure quality and accuracy of work Strong leadership skills and organization skills Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models Must be a creative and strategic thinker
