Insurance Sales Executive

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our Business Development Vertical by selling General & Life Insurance policies to customers across various states of India. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with new and existing clients, educating them about different insurance policies, advising them on suitable coverage options, and maintaining a positive rapport. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to generate and mobilize insurance business. Your duties will involve answering client inquiries, identifying risk factors, analyzing existing policies, recommending changes when necessary, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of Plus 2 qualification in any specialization. Prior experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or in a similar sales role is preferred. You must have a solid understanding of various insurance policies, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong sales and negotiation abilities, and outstanding presentation and customer service skills. As part of your job, you will be required to maintain client records, prepare reports for management, handle policy renewals, expand the client base, and stay updated on industry trends. Your proactive approach, organizational skills, and dedication to providing exceptional service to clients will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.,
