Key Responsibilities: (Functional responsibilities associated with the position) 60% Obtain basic technical and complete commercial competency & handle the customer requirement for Swagelok products, services, related industries, and applications. Sending Quotation request to third party vendor, getting quotes & submitting it to purchase team after receipt of order. Interact with warehouse and on customer’s behalf. Handle inspection & testing satisfactorily as required per the customer. Maintain healthy Days sales outstanding by keeping a tight control on payment collection and ensure ZERO outstanding. Achieve and maintain effective Delivery Performance & Sales Order Management. 30% Prepare customer engagement plan for the assigned key accounts & execute the activities. Manage Office AdministrationAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional/Marketing material or events. 10% Departmental review meetings, Swagelok Quality Systems & additional responsibilities (as mentioned below) Additional Responsibility: (Elaborate on other activities – Strategic / QS etc.) Participate in the organization`s strategic planning process & work to achieve the targets assigned to the department.
