The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with listing and selling products on these platforms and will be responsible for end-to-end catalog management, content optimization, and ensuring consistent product visibility across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage listings across online platforms such as Amazon, BigBasket, Instamart, and others. Coordinate and prepare high-quality product images, descriptions, and specifications for listing. Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accurate information, pricing, and inventory. Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms, and recommend pricing or content changes. Maintain relationships with platform account managers (e.g., Amazon Seller Support). Execute promotional strategies and coordinate platform-led campaigns. Handle order processing, tracking, and basic customer queries if needed.
