Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Online Marketplace Management) Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2+ years in e-commerce marketplace operations Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage our product listings, pricing, and sales across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, BigBasket, Instamart , and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with listing and selling products on these platforms and will be responsible for end-to-end catalog management, content optimization, and ensuring consistent product visibility across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage listings across online platforms such as Amazon, BigBasket, Instamart, and others. Coordinate and prepare high-quality product images, descriptions, and specifications for listing. Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accurate information, pricing, and inventory. Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms, and recommend pricing or content changes. Maintain relationships with platform account managers (e.g., Amazon Seller Support). Execute promotional strategies and coordinate platform-led campaigns. Handle order processing, tracking, and basic customer queries if needed. Identify new product opportunities or improvements in listings to boost visibility and sales. Ensure compliance with the policies and guidelines of each marketplace. Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) managing product listings on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Familiarity with e-commerce tools, platforms, and dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, BigBasket Partner Portal, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce product listings. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic image editing or coordination with designers. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple product categories and work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in FMCG, grocery, packaged food, or related industries. Knowledge of order fulfilment and inventory management. Experience in paid campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads) is a plus. Salary: As per Industry standards Reporting To: VP Distribution Joining: within [4 to 6] weeks

Candidate Profile: Experience: - 10+ years in FMCG Sales, including 5+ years in leadership roles within General Trade. - Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales excellence - Excellent Networking, and Influencing ability with all stakeholders within the company as well as Market influencers - Excellent Leadership, Team Management and Decision-making ability - Looking for a high-energy, ambitious and self-driven individual to join our team Industry: Packaged food, or FMCG categories preferred.
