As a Quality Control Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge and experience in the preparation of MQAPs, ITPs, Inspection Checklists, Review of Material Submittals, Method Statement/ SOPs, and related materials supplied to the site. - Conducting inspections, tests, and quality checks to ensure that the works executed adhere to approved MQAPs / ITPs, drawings, and work procedures/method statements. - Identifying Risks & opportunities, planning & implementing mitigation strategies for risks that may impact quality. Following up for corrective and risk mitigation on non-conformities. - Collaborating with the project team and client to address inspection and resolution of quality issues, including raising NAR (Non-Acceptance Report) and NCR (Non-Compliance Report) and ensuring timely closure. - Implementing and monitoring all Quality Management System (QMS) related activities. - Providing regular updates on quality deviations at the factory / vendor place and taking necessary corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. - Maintaining all QAQC-related documentation of the factory / vendor premises, such as Audit reports, site/vendor inspections, stage inspection reports, Routine test reports, FATs, NCRs, site observations, Raw Material test certificates, MTC, and training records. - Conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. - Participating in quality meetings and contributing insights for project improvement. - Managing quality records, documentation, and reports effectively. - Evaluating vendor quality performance and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure quality requirements are met. - Monitoring and reporting on quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for improvement.,
