As an Inside Sales Executive at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in converting leads, engaging customers, and providing sales support. With 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or related roles, we are looking for a female candidate who is experienced, driven, and possesses excellent communication skills with a target-oriented mindset. Your responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, understanding customer needs to offer suitable solutions, nurturing leads for closures, and maintaining CRM with lead interactions and pipeline status. You will also collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to drive conversions and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have proven ability in handling objections, closing deals, and prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B/B2C sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential. Being self-motivated, result-driven, and a good team player are qualities we value in our Inside Sales Executives.
