Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for Business Development. The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to meet business growth objectives and contribute to the company's success. You will be responsible for inside sales, data mining, lead generation, cold calling, emailing, setting up client appointments and good client handling skills. Required skills: Data mining and verification Preferred if experienced in seamless AI, Google Research, LinkedIn, Opensource etc. Cold calling with expertise in product or service pitch Lead generation with potential business prospects Expertise in social media marketing Excellent data analysis skills, data maintaining and reporting. Excellent English communication skills Proficient in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) for tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Strong email writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional correspondence tailored to customers needs. Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Strong listening and presentations skills Education and/or Certification: Bachelors / Masters in any academic course Preferred MBA in Marketing / BBA Client Service: Provide outstanding client service, responding promptly and professionally across communication channels. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, emphasizing exceptional service and understanding of client needs.
