Job Role: The Inside Sales Executive (IT Inside Sales) will conduct remote product demos for prospective customers. The goal is to understand customer needs, demonstrate how the product meets those needs, and guide them through the sales funnel toward conversion. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging product demos to potential clients Understand the platform thoroughly and explain its features effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Address client objections and provide effective solutions Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage leads and sales pipeline Make cold calls, deliver compelling sales pitches, and schedule demos Draft professional emails and follow-ups Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Basic understanding of: Programming languages Databases Web applications AI, CRM, ERP, Accounting software, HR, Payroll, etc. Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Target-oriented and responsible This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals looking to build a career in sales and technology within a rapidly growing industry.
