Inside Sales Executive

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle and convert leads generated from IndiaMART and Justdial have to generate new leads through cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecalling or inside sales and a proven ability to turn inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Follow-up:
• Handle and respond to daily inbound leads from IndiaMART and Justdial.
• Engage potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for conversion.
• Sales & Conversions:
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently to prospects.
• Share quotations, pricing, and proposals as needed.
• Follow up regularly to close leads and achieve conversion targets.
• CRM & Documentation:
• Update and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead reports for management.
• Customer Service:
• Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.
• Performance & Growth:
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Suggest improvements in lead handling, call scripts, and conversion strategy.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead conversion roles.
• Hands-on experience with IndiaMART and Justdial leads is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and email tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,665.75 - ₹32,571.86 per month
