Inside Sales

As a Business Development Executive at PhDiZone, you will play a crucial role in converting inbound inquiries into sales, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will need to possess a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their value to prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include promptly responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about our services, and addressing any questions or concerns. You will be required to convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate services. Additionally, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals will be key to your success. In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying potential markets and clients, developing strategies to reach them, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have 1-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the educational or research services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive and negotiation abilities, as well as the capacity to understand and explain complex services are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite will also be beneficial.
