Key Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based units of inquiry aligned with PYP transdisciplinary themes. Facilitate a constructivist approach to learning that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners and learning styles in the classroom. Integrate key PYP elements learner profile, ATL skills, key concepts, and international-mindedness into daily teaching. Use formative and summative assessments to inform teaching and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with grade-level and specialist teachers to ensure a cohesive and connected learning experience. Maintain accurate student records and report on student progress through portfolios, conferences, and written reports. Participate in professional development and school community events. Contribute actively to curriculum development and school initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Education or relevant subject area (Masters preferred). IB PYP training and/or prior experience teaching in an IB World School preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level. Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based pedagogy. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
