Familiarity with most of the following technologies- JavaScript, Python, API development Familiarity with agile methodology Required Experience & Education: 11-13 years of experience Bachelors degree or better preferred Service Now Administration and Development Extensive experience with Service Now Eventing, Alerting, and Incident Modules Ability to develop alert rules and flows within ServiceNow Coordinate and support all ServiceNow event management plugin and release upgrades Implement integration solutions for event and incident management in ServiceNow. Ability to participate in simultaneous projects and prioritize time effectively Ability to convey complex concepts to individuals of varying technical backgrounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills Honesty, Integrity and Courage
