Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to support brand or client objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables, and plan campaign calendars, influencer mix, and content timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying suitable influencers aligned with the brand's voice, handling outreach, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with content creators and influencer agencies throughout the campaign lifecycle. You will also be monitoring deliverables, tracking real-time campaign performance, and ensuring that KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions are met. By preparing post-campaign performance reports with actionable insights, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of influencer marketing strategies. Staying updated on social media and influencer trends, platforms, formats, and emerging creators is crucial to propose innovative content ideas and new campaign formats. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing on either the agency or brand side. You should possess a strong network and understanding of the influencer landscape across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with being highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfort with data analysis and tools for campaign reporting is a must, as well as a passion for digital marketing, content trends, and the creator economy.
