The GN Automotive Practice specializes in delivering Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, Platform Transformation, Spare Parts & Warranty Management, Service Process Excellence, Connected Vehicles, Dealer Performance Management, Process Automation & Digitization, Software Enablement, Zero Based Spend & Spend Analysis, Peer Benchmarking, Value Architecture, Process Improvement, IoT, and Industry Analytics. By being a part of this team, you will play a crucial role in: - Leveraging industry expertise, resources, and talents to provide sustainable long-term solutions. - Collaborating with customer stakeholders to conduct in-depth data analysis, generate reports, and effectively communicate insights. - Coordinating end-to-end project management (PMO) and ensuring successful project completion within budget constraints. - Managing Digital Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Request for Quote (RFQs), as well as overseeing Pre-sales activities. - Developing customer deliverables and commercial propositions, including deal structuring, response management, and bid management. - Driving thought leadership initiatives, managing client visits, nurturing partner/analyst relationships, and staying abreast of digital trends. - Conducting research, gathering data on industry/market trends, competitors, and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations. - Producing high-quality Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, Point of Views (POV), and client presentations. If you hold an MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 business school, possess 8-12 years of progressive experience in Consulting firms/OEMs within the Automotive domain, and have expertise in areas such as Aftersales (Customer Service), Dealerships, Warranty, and Spare Parts, then this role is tailored for you. Your prior experience in Warranty Operations, Aftersales, and Service, along with your proficiency in program management and hands-on knowledge of web content management and marketing analytics tools, will be invaluable assets in this position.
