SAM Calculation of WORKWEAR GARMENTS 2. Capable of handling all products 3. Optimising efficiency and productivity with IE & Lean Approach 4. Designing of work aids, attachments etc to simplify the operations 5. Involvement from designing to manufacturing by de-skilling degree of difficulty of operations. 6. Reduction of SAM with the use of Technical Engineering Methods and work aids 7. Reduction of Changeover Time 8.Calculation of consumption of trims like, Thread, Draw cord etc. 9. Assembly Line operations \u200b 10.
