As a member of the simulation team at the customer location, your primary responsibility will be to analyze electrical products using Ansys Maxwell/Motor-CAD software tools. This involves performing 2D & 3D Finite Element (FE) analysis on electrical and electronic devices and components. Additionally, you will provide both online and offline training to customers on Ansys tools, specifically Maxwell and Motor-CAD. You should be proficient in using 2D/3D Maxwell Pre/Solver/Postprocessors and have expertise in tools/simulations such as RMxprt, Maxwell 2D and 3D, Maxwell Circuit, Motor CAD, BLDC motors, and single-phase/three-phase Induction motors. Design optimization and verification/validation of Maxwell results with test data/analytical data are also key aspects of the role. Your duties will also involve generating FE analysis reports, collaborating with customer teams for project inputs and deliverables, preparing analysis summaries for technical review meetings, and providing valuable recommendations and design suggestions to clients. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in Electromagnetic analysis using Ansys Maxwell, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in learning and teaching. A solid understanding of Finite Element Analysis, Electrical machines, and Machine design is essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are also crucial for success in this position. You are a motivated and detail-oriented Project Automation Engineer joining our dynamic Project team. Your strong technical expertise in control systems, PLC/SCADA programming, and AutoCAD will be essential for the role. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and understanding client requirements to implement engineering solutions effectively within the allocated budget. You will design, program, simulate, and test automated machinery or processes for specific tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating detailed design specifications, writing PLC codes, HMI interfacing, establishing network architectures, drawing One line drawings, and scripting operation manuals. As a Project Automation Engineer, you will design, engineer, test, and troubleshoot control systems while maintaining technical project files. Publishing reports documenting design details of new projects and qualification test results will also be part of your duties. Your role will require a good understanding of basic machine controls such as induction motor using AC, MCCs, VFDs, Hydraulic and Pneumatics, and Valve controls while ensuring product safety in all designs. You will be involved in design prototyping, field implementation, and testing, as well as troubleshooting communication networks and wiring issues with PLCs and other network components. Developing electrical designs, schematics, and drawings in AutoCAD will be crucial, along with interpreting mechanical design drawings for electrical requirements (e.g., Solidworks). Researching supplier products for assembly components and establishing new and maintaining existing standards will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold an engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics and have a minimum of 3 years of experience. A good knowledge of electrical systems and product selection, familiarity with AutoCAD for electrical schematic drawing development, and working knowledge in PLC program development are required skills for this position.,
