• Develop, drive and implement comprehensive Programming and marketing strategy for India Benefits and Wellness function aligned with firms overall goals and objectives
• Conceptualize and launch targeted, data driven programs and initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders to promote organization-wide behavior change, awareness and education to create impact both in the short term and long term.
• Manage the Benefits and Wellness vendors and services such as Insurance & Benefits partners, on-site medical center, on-site child care, on-site fitness center, EAP and other app based services with regards to Programming deliverables for the function.
• Work closely with local and global teams to ensure program experience consistency across the firm.
• Provide oversight for Benefits and Wellness employee engagement opportunities in accordance with programming calendar including keynote events, trainings, expos and health screenings.
• Measure effectiveness of programs and offerings, monitor reports and make recommendations and changes as appropriate.
• Manage periodic firm wide emails, newsletters, presentations, firmwide outreach platforms as part of programming efforts.
• Oversee budgeting, reforecasting, invoicing and reporting processes w.r.t. functional programming and marketing.
• Engage with relevant firm wide and division wide stakeholders, global SPOCs of the function to drive the programming agenda of the function across regions in order to manage project timelines and achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive global projects on workplace wellbeing culture and mental health for India offices
• Define OKRs and collect and analyze metrics to evaluate marketing and program effectiveness
• Drive employee engagement and measure success by regularly managing & soliciting feedback as well as present feedback outcomes to leadership.

Job Responsibility:-
