Incident Management: Proactive & Reactive - Lead the response to major incidents and ensure effective coordination and communication among all stakeholders. - Drive incident calls, providing clear direction and updates to all involved parties. - Collaborate with Technical teams, business units, and external vendors to troubleshoot incidents. - Record all the incident details, actions taken, and resolutions in the incident management system. 1 Manage all the agreed SLA and KPI's 2. The candidate must be ITIL4 certified. 3. Should have good communication skills (Written and Verbal) 4. Work location - Delhi (Gurgaon). 5 Working days- Monday to Saturday
