Inbound Sales Executive

We are hiring Inbound Sales Executives to handle customer calls, do follow-ups, and convert leads into sales. You will call customers who already showed interest but did not answer the first time. Your job is to explain the product/service, build trust, and close the sale.

What You Will Do

• Call customers who enquired but didn’t pick up earlier.
• Follow up politely until the sale is closed.
• Explain our products/services and benefits clearly.
• Convert follow-up calls into sales or confirmed bookings.
• Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and sales status.
• Work to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

• 12th pass or Graduate can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO sales is preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Must be confident, polite, and good at convincing customers.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
