Approximately 10 years of experience in mold making, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Job Responsibilities: Oversee tool room operations & manage the mold making process for precision plastic parts. Design, develop, & optimize molds to meet production requirements. Proficient in VMC, EDM, wire cut, & conventional machining processes.. Plan & execute mold modifications to enhance productivity & accuracy. Ensure timely delivery of projects by effective planning & resource management. Lead a team of technicians & engineers, providing training. Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards. Collaborate with production & engineering teams to improve processes & reduce costs. Strong understanding of mold design & planning to meet customer delivery dates.
