Role & responsibilities Dispatch Performance Monitor - OEM & After Market,SPD Compliance with customs regulations, track shipments, handle documentation, and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth import and export operations. Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures Co-ordinate with suppliers ,clearing & Freight forwaders and other stake holders Transporter Performance Monitor Tracking Monitor-OEM/ FOC/ SPD / After Market and EXIM - Digitisation Contract Managemnt of EXIM, In-Outbound Transporters Ensure availability & reconsilation of all Returnable Pallets (No Line Stoppage) Skill Development of contract employees Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient all dispatches Dispatches records to be maintain. Monitor FG Stock Min-Max levels and raise alarm accordingly. Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods out including labeling of all stock items. Ensure efficient and effective use of Warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency To comply with Integrated Management System (IATF & ISO 14001 & ISO 45001). Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth flow of BD/Supply-chain. Improvement projects, Low cost transporation, cost saving projects in Logistics. Ensuring TQM Practice at all stations Preferred candidate profile Handled UK based import / export If they have done Diploma in Import/export preferred Import / export laws
