Your day at NTT DATA The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L2) is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA). This role performs configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events. What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities: Implementation planning & execution for the associated environment for interconnecting the Routing, Switching, load balancer device. Load balancer Routing/ Switching knowledge. ACI (spine/leaf topology) Work on latest technology - BGP EVPN VXLAN Network Automation and Assurance (DNAC) Network Access Control (NAC), ISE Wi-Fi (Controller & Access Point), Meraki Documentation related to setup technical/test lab/version upgrade and Network design & traffic flow with test cases Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent. Required Experience: Moderate level of experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role. Demonstrated experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations. Demonstrated project administration and documentation experience.
