About the Role Join Rippling's IT Implementation team as a Product Specialist, IT, and become a key member of this dynamic and fast-growing organization. In this role, you will collaborate with our major clients in the United States and globally. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with clients" IT departments to comprehend their needs and facilitate the adoption of Rippling's Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions. As the internal expert on Rippling's IT solutions, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and serve as the go-to person for all matters related to Rippling's IT solution. The IT implementation team at Rippling is expanding its focus on IT solutions, providing a unique opportunity for you to engage not only with major clients but also to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our products, adoption rates, and customer experience in the IT domain. What You Will Do - Become proficient in Rippling's IT offerings, serving as a reliable resource for clients within 30 days and an IT subject matter expert for your colleagues within 60 days. - Act as a trusted implementation partner for our clients by understanding their current technology needs in relation to Rippling, guiding them through the installation and adoption of Rippling's IT solutions, and providing training on Rippling IT products. - Collaborate closely with the Implementation and Customer Experience teams to ensure client success. - Partner with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to enhance processes and products. - Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices. What You Will Need - A strong passion and curiosity for IT-related matters. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing IT setups, assisting customers with IT product implementation, or selling IT solutions. Proficiency in MDM, Identity Management solutions, and familiarity with products like Google, Azure, and Okta is essential. - Excellent project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and effective time management. - Strong client relationship management skills with outstanding communication and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to building innovative solutions.
