Basic configurations of networks, troubleshooting Must have knowledge about the remote support application O365 basic
Good knowledge about software and domain Outlook strong knowledge,excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills English fluent Customer-oriented attitude Ticketing tool knowledge.
Looking for candidates with good communication skills. Hands on experience on ticketing tools Minimum graduate Desktop and hardware troubleshooting should be good.
Strong understanding of asset management systems (Asset Mgmt portal, Asset registers).
Proven experience in IT asset management, tracking, and documentation.
