Roles & Responsibilities

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time in both languages.
Ability to manage 3 to 4 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
Address and resolve customer concerns effectively in both French and English.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and Experience with proficiency in both French and English.
Should be able to join immediately.
Candidates who are pursuing their studies or serving a notice period are not eligible.
Flexibility to work as per business requirements, including night shifts or graveyard shifts.
