Job Title: MIS Executive in CRC Location: Invertis University, Bareilly Department: Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) Reports To: Director CRC Job Description: Manage and maintain student data across all departments in the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC). Prepare and update MIS reports related to training, placement, and student performance Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, Macros, etc.) for reporting and data analysis. Create official documents and letters in MS Word. Design presentations using MS PowerPoint for internal and external meetings. Coordinate with academic departments for accurate and timely data collection. Support CRC in data management for placement drives, company visits, and student profiling. Key Skills: Expertise in MS Excel (Advanced Level) Proficient in MS Word , PowerPoint, Google Documents. The role involves managing new installations, upgrades, and ensuring timely completion of electrical systems to meet operational, safety, and quality standards. Role & responsibilities : Project Management : Lead end-to-end execution of electrical projects related to SMS (Induction Furnaces), from concept to commissioning. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, and Production. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk assessments. Technical Oversight : Design, review, and approve electrical layouts, SLDs, and specifications for induction furnaces and auxiliary systems (transformers, LT/HT panels, EOT cranes, etc.). Ensure electrical systems comply with IEC, IS, and other relevant standards. Evaluate and select vendors for supply of electrical equipment and oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT). Installation & Commissioning : Supervise installation of electrical infrastructure such as transformers, switchgear, control panels, cable routing, and earthing systems. Manage site commissioning activities, load testing, and integration with plant-wide SCADA/PLC systems. Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to statutory electrical safety regulations and internal EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies. Implement energy-efficient practices and evaluate opportunities for power optimization. Team Management : Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors for timely project execution. Conduct regular training and skill development programs for electrical project staff. Key Skills & Competencies : Strong technical knowledge of induction furnace operations and power systems.
