As a member of the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization at Oracle, your primary focus will be delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for customer needs. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - 6+ years of relevant Cloud IAAS & PASS experience, preferably in OCI, and effective communication skills. - 6+ years of overall experience in any domain, preferably Database, system, or network administration. - Experience in Cloud Database Services such as OCI VMDB, EXACC, EXACS, ADB, ADW, MYSQL, and NOSQL DB. - Proven experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Cloud solutions (AWS, AZURE, OCI). - Proficiency in Cloud Compute, IAM and IDCS, Networking, Storage, Security, Observability and Management, IaaC tools, and other relevant areas. - Ability to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements. - Skills in driving performance issues and resolving complex architecture problems. - Knowledge of OIC management of Oracle integrations and exposure to multiple clouds like AWS, AZURE, GCP. - Relevant certifications such as OCI Architect Associate, OCI Architect/Operational Professional Certification, AWS Professional Architect, or Azure Cloud Architect.
