As a member of the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization at Oracle, your primary focus will be delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for customer needs. The Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS), including HCM, Financials, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain modules. As an Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator, you will ensure system stability, manage environment updates, user access/security, and act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders for all SaaS administration tasks.
