Counsel patients and couples on fertility options, success rates, and potential risks. Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care. Stay updated with latest advancements in reproductive medicine and participate in research and training. Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices. Educate patients on lifestyle changes and preventive care to improve reproductive health. Qualifications & Skills: MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology with specialized training (DNB/Fellowship) in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Valid medical license and registration. Minimum 35 years of experience in infertility treatment and assisted reproductive technologies. In-depth knowledge of reproductive physiology, ART procedures, and infertility diagnostics. Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
