ICM ETL /DI Developer
We are seeking a skilled ICM ETL /DI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ICM (Incentive Compensation) platform. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and excellent programming skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications within the ICM (Incentive Compensation) framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure system performance and scalability through effective coding practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
Document technical specifications and user manuals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven development experience in ETL /Data Integration for ICM platform using Informatica Cloud , SAP Data Integration, Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
Strong programming experience in Oracle database and SAP HANA using Stored Procedures, Packages, SQL Queries.
Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e. g. , Java, C#, SQL).
Knowledge of financial processes and systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
