Human Resources

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role located in the Mohali district. As a Human Resources professional, your primary responsibility will be to manage HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and all other HR hiring functions on a daily basis. You will be located in Mohali, at the Bestech office. The working hours for this role are from Monday to Friday, 3-12 pm USA PST. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills - Demonstrated experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits - Knowledge of best practices in personnel management - Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on experience with recruitment and onboarding processes - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field If you meet these qualifications and are looking to contribute to a dynamic HR environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you.,
