Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern at Anslation Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing you with hands-on experience in core HR functions, processes, and tools. This unpaid internship based in Betul, M.P & Gurugram, Haryana, offers a great opportunity for learning and growth in the field of Human Resources. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting onboarding and induction processes, coordinating internal communications and announcements, managing HR tools and daily operational tasks, as well as providing support in employee engagement initiatives. We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in Human Resources, good communication and organizational skills, basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment, and the availability for a full-time, in-office internship. Freshers with an MBA in HR are welcome to apply for this 6-month internship. In return, you will gain hands-on experience, receive an internship certificate upon successful completion, and have access to mentorship and learning opportunities with HR professionals.
