HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures
Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews and feedback
Maintain and update candidate databases and reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialization is a plus)
6 months to 4 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT hiring mandatory)
Prior experience in hiring for field roles is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and portals
