Role & responsibilities

HR MIS Reports
. (Recruitment MIS, Vacancy Tracker, ESG Report, Manpower Report).
HRMS Operation and handling
. (Vacancy approval, Employee streamline, Notice display etc).
Coordination with H.O
regarding data management, MIS Reports etc.
Form 16 (Process & Distribution)
NPS subscription
Internal/ External Transfer & Deputation related Activities.

HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:

Leading the Recruitment.
Hiring and head hunting.
Campus recruitment and Walk-Ins.
Headcount management.
Follow-up with H.O regarding recruitment.
Employee life cycle management, Retirement, Retention, Exit Formalities, Service Extension Proposal etc.
Personnel File of Employee & Record Room management.
Salary Rationalization process.

HR-QMS Activities:

Audit related activities.
QMS Report preparation.
SOP Revision.
Handling change control, deviation, CAPA etc.
Policy updation.
Software Operations (AMS, IMS, Trackwise, EDMS, My Setu, HRMS)
