About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, specifically for non-IT roles in the Interior Design industry. Its an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in sourcing, screening, and closing roles end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the sourcing of candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate applicants based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process from shortlisting to offer rollout
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or recruitment trackers
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs
• Support employer branding and engagement activities when required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment tools/portals is a plus
