Position Overview:

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Experience

  • Act as a key point of contact for employees for all HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and a supportive HR presence.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a smooth and consistent experience for new and exiting employees.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee data and records in HRIS systems (such as GreytHR), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll coordination by sharing accurate inputs and updates.
  • Administer benefits and employee welfare programs and respond to related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and internal practices.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and implement engagement activities including employee feedback surveys, team-building events, wellness initiatives, and culture-building programs.
  • Manage employee communication and recognition programs that foster a motivated and connected workforce.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.

Performance Management & Development

  • Coordinate the performance review cycles and help in goal setting, progress tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Support managers in delivering effective and fair performance conversations.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs and contribute to executing L&D initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR policies, employee handbooks, and practices are up to date and legally compliant.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards to monitor metrics such as employee engagement, turnover, and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and applicable labour laws.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably GreytHR).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement and feedback tools is an added advantage.
