Job Description: Reporting to the Head Of HR, the individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions concerning the office or business. Depending on the size or type of business, his/her functions may include office administration and human resources. Handling end to end recruitment through various streams like Naukri,Linkedin ,Etc. Monthly updating of the Leave records of all the Employees on the Bio metric System. & following up with the Leave applications with the Employees. Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters. Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal file. Coordinating the HR department as and when required. Taking care of HR activities such as Recruitment,Joining&Exit formalities. Co-ordination and maintenance of systems related to Housekeeping. Highly organised and flexible. Qualifications/Required Knowledge,Skills,and Abilities: Should be well conversant in the local dialect of the area and as well English (Hindi added advantage) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the local language, basic English skills preferred Excellent organisation skills, well versed in HR policies with ability to multi-task and prioritise. Working knowledge of using the Internet and MS-Office required; experience with database management preferred. Required Education and Experience: Bachelors degree required, MBA in HR will be an added advantage or a Diploma in Management. Minimum of 2-3 years of HR&Administrative related experience.
