Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the organization and understand policies and procedures. 2. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Mediating conflicts and facilitating resolutions to maintain a positive work environment. Promoting employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives. 3. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and developing or coordinating training programs for staff. Ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements for healthcare professionals. Supporting employee development and career growth within the organization. 4. Performance Management: Working with managers to set performance goals and expectations. Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees. Identifying and addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans. 5. Compensation and Benefits: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs. Participating in the development and implementation of compensation strategies. 6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. 7. Other Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining a positive organizational culture. Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives. Analyzing HR data and generating reports
