Job Description

As an HR Executive, your responsibilities will involve creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing the hiring processes. Your success in this role will depend on your extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation. Your strategic decisions will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company hires, develops, and retains qualified employees. Your key responsibilities will include designing compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance review procedures, developing fair HR policies, and ensuring employee compliance. You will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques, assessing training needs, monitoring the HR department's budget, and acting as the point of contact for labour legislation issues. Additionally, you will manage employee grievances, create referral bonus programs, review HR technology, and oversee daily HR operations. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role, familiarity with HR Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with full-cycle recruiting, and good knowledge of labour legislation. Your leadership abilities, solid communication skills, and a degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field will be essential for this position.
