Role & responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end hiring for corporate roles (design, marketing, sales, e-commerce, admin). Manage interviews, candidate communication, and offer roll-outs. Coordinate pre-joining formalities, inductions, and onboarding kits. 2. Employee Engagement & Internal Communication Drive initiatives like employee feedback surveys, wellness programs, team-building activities, etc. Manage internal communication through emails, WhatsApp groups, and notice boards. 3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management Track attendance and leaves in HRMS/Excel. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, overtime, and corrections. Maintain leave records and ensure policy adherence. 4. HR Policy Implementation & Compliance Communicate company policies and ensure implementation across departments. Maintain employee files and ensure all documents are complete and up to date. Handle grievance redressal in coordination with senior HR. 5. Training & Development Support Schedule in-house or external training sessions and maintain participation records. Assist in orientation programs and periodic learning interventions. 6. Exit Formalities Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full & final settlements. Manage clearance forms and feedback documentation. 7. Event Management Plan and execute office events such as: Annual Day Diwali & Festival Celebrations Team Offsites & Town Halls HR-led CSR Activities New Launch/Collection Celebrations Any other events. Coordinate logistics, communication, vendor management, and budgeting for events. Work closely with Admin, Marketing, and Management for smooth execution. Preferred candidate profile : MBA / PGDM in Human Resources 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate HR generalist role Prior exposure to event planning, budgeting, and execution is a must Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and any HRMS/HRIS system Comfortable working in a fast-paced design or manufacturing setup
