Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Hub Inspector to join our team in Khadki, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the hub, ensuring quality checks, compliance with operational standards, and smooth coordination of goods or materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing goods at the hub
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations
• Verify documentation and inventory accuracy
• Identify and report damages, defects, or discrepancies
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for timely dispatches
• Maintain proper inspection logs and submit daily reports
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods
• Train junior staff on inspection protocols if required

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a similar role (inspection/supervisory/logistics/warehouse operations)
• Strong knowledge of quality control, warehouse processes, or logistics operations
• Ability to use basic computer tools (Excel, email, internal systems)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
• Physically fit and comfortable working on-site in a hub/warehouse environment
• Preference given to candidates residing in or near Khadki, Pune
