A solid understanding of HR processes and data, including Core HR, recruiting, journeys, learning, compensation, talent management, and absence management. At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is required. This should include: Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities C interconnectedness.
