Job Title: HR Manager (HRM)

Location: Mahapura, Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the overall human resource operations at our Mahapura, Jaipur location. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company handbook
• Handle employee lifecycle – joining, confirmation, appraisals, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
• Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment
• Monitor compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Organize training, employee engagement, and performance evaluations
• Prepare HR reports and present insights to management
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in core HR roles (preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate sectors)

Eligibility & Skills:

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / MBA (HR preferred)
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Leadership and team management skills
