Job description Diversity (Women) Extendable 1 Year Contract (Third Party Payroll) New Delhi Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: Facilitate and manage the performance appraisal cycle for employees within the department. Support leaders in setting clear performance goals and provide guidance on performance improvement plans. HR Tools and Reporting: Leverage HR tools (Workday, PeopleStrong, ADP, SuccessFactors, etc.) for smooth execution of HR processes. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on various HR metrics such as performance, attrition, and employee satisfaction. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Employee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team, and providing necessary training and support. Documentation: Oversee the documentation of HR processes, including contracts, agreements, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Exit Management: Handle all exit-related activities, including conducting exit interviews, managing clearance processes, and providing reports on attrition trends. Attrition and Retention: Proactively monitor employee attrition rates, identify trends, and collaborate with management to implement retention strategies. Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive employee experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Organize employee engagement activities and programs to enhance morale and productivity. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all HR processes comply with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Provide support in maintaining an inclusive and diverse workplace. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). 8+ years of proven experience in HR, with a focus on performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
