Job Description

Job Purpose:

Dynamic HR leader with a passion for driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment. As the Branch Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Human Resources function within your designated region. This role requires a hands-on approach to HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Individual contributor role.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Driving end to end recruitments to attract and retain top talent for sales & support function roles within the branch. • Utilizing employee referrals and job portals to generate healthy pipeline of candidates at all times. • Smooth execution of on-boarding, induction and hand holding of the new joiners to drive activation and higher productivity.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing employee concerns and grievances. • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to maintain strong employee relations. • Manage disciplinary concerns, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
  3. Attrition Management:

    • Identify causes of high attrition by conducting exit interviews. • Drive Employee engagement activities & communication channels • Develop and implement specific retention strategies
  4. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

    • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, including personnel files and payroll data.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate HR reports and MIS to provide insights into workforce trends and areas of improvement.
  6. Payroll & F&F:

    • Responsible for timely inputs related to payroll, F&F, managing transfers, confirmations and other employee life cycle activities in system. 8. Communication and Collaboration: • Foster effective communication between employees, branch managers, and corporate leadership. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide HR initiatives.
