HR- Training and Development (Subject Matter Expert) - Media Team

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee timelines, resources, and coordination for all media-related training projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to script and develop training content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with learning objectives. Develop promotional videos, posters, and success stories to highlight key achievements and drive engagement with training programs. Design curriculum and content for training modules (e-Learning). Coordinate video shoots, screen recordings, and instructor-led sessions for training courses. Track skill development and introduce customized courses. Coordinate the filming of video content, including instructor shoots and screen recordings, and manage secure data transfer process. Video Edit and finalize all video content, ensuring professional quality, clarity, and engagement for learners. Design and promote awareness videos, ensuring they align with curriculum goals. Create and integrate animations that enhance understanding and engagement with complex training topics. Compile, design, and distribute monthly training program magazines, ensuring they are visually appealing and contain up-to-date content. Key Skills: Bachelors Degree in Media Production, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related field. Media Production Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation for training. Proficiency in Design & Editing Tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software Premiere Pro, Canva). Instructional Design Experience with e-learning modules and curriculum development. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong Communication Skills (written) for collaboration and content creation. Experience with E-Learning Tools (Training platforms). Project Management Skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Adaptability to New Media Trends and emerging technologies. Drone operating license for video shoot. Preferred candidate profile Education Level: Diploma / Graduate / Viscom / Graphic Design / or Relevant field. Experience Required: 05 - 07 years in Media Training, Content Creation, Digital Media Strategy, Media Planning, Training & Development in Brand Communication. Shift: General Shift
