Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for understanding the manpower requirements in coordination with department heads. You will source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal databases. Conducting interviews and coordinating with panel members for technical rounds will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Maintaining a talent pipeline for recurring roles in production and field sales will be essential to ensure a steady recruitment process. You will also handle onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. It is crucial to ensure that recruitment is done within the defined timelines to meet the business needs efficiently. You will be tasked with maintaining candidate records and recruitment metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of the recruitment process. Additionally, assisting in employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract top talent will be part of your duties. Coordination with external recruitment agencies may be required based on the specific hiring needs.
