Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the hiring process, collaborating with department managers to develop job descriptions and hiring criteria, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. The HR Executive will also handle general HR operations to support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire hiring process, from collecting job openings requirements from the technical team to finalizing candidate selections.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Job Description Development
  • Collaborate with department managers to create accurate and detailed job descriptions and establish clear hiring criteria.
  • Continuously update job descriptions to reflect evolving roles and responsibilities within the company.
Job Posting and Resume Review
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, company websites, and social media channels.
  • Review resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates for further consideration.
  • Utilize databases, job boards, social media, and other sourcing avenues to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate the hiring process, including communication with candidates and interview panel members.
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and facilitating a smooth transition from the first day onwards.
  • Provide continuous support to new hires, helping them navigate their roles and integrate into the company culture.
  • Perform various HR operations tasks, such as maintaining employee records, handling employee inquiries, and supporting HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 0.6 experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
