We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a preference for those with consultancy experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

  Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.

• Candidate Sourcing:

  Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a robust candidate pipeline.

• Screening & Interviewing:

  Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Candidate Experience:

  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Job Posting:

  Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.

• Employer Branding:

  Promote the companys brand and culture to attract potential candidates.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a consultancy environment, Particularly in IT Recruitment.
• Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
