HR Professional /Office Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and performance management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefit programs, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves strategic planning to improve HR processes and actively participating in company meetings and decision-making processes.
